Delivery Policy 🚚:

At Just Marketers, we are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. Our comprehensive range of services includes Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMO, and strategic business consulting. We deliver these services on a monthly basis, ensuring continuous progress and success. Throughout our partnership, we will provide you with regular progress reports and schedule team calls to discuss your campaign.

Compensation 💰:

To ensure seamless collaboration, we operate on a monthly retainer fee model. The client is responsible for paying the retainer fee on the first day of each thirty-day period. Just Marketers receives a commission based on the advertising budget managed, as displayed in Google Ads. Please note that monthly fees are non-refundable, even if the campaign is paused or live before the end of the contract. In the event of a service cancellation, a written notice of fifteen business days is required, and no charges will apply during this notice period.

Refund Policy 💸:

At Just Marketers, we strive for exceptional results; however, due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes or provide refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation of Service 📆:

We value your flexibility and understand that circumstances may change. Should you decide to cancel our services, kindly provide us with a written notice of fifteen business days. Rest assured, no charges will be incurred during this notice period. Just Marketers also reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time. In such cases, services will continue until the end of the thirty-day period.

Liability Waiver 📜:

While Just Marketers operates with utmost professionalism and care, we must clarify that we cannot be held liable for any damage or liability arising from our actions on behalf of the client. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any such claims.

Service Interruption ⏳:

​

Just Marketers endeavors to provide uninterrupted services; however, certain circumstances beyond our control may arise. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by external factors, including but not limited to laws, proclamations, ordinances, regulations, or platform service interruptions. In the event of a service interruption, either party may terminate the agreement upon ten days' written notice.

Suspension of Ad Accounts ⚠️:

In the event of Google or Facebook terminating the client's advertising account, Just Marketers cannot be held responsible. The client agrees to hold Just Marketers harmless in such instances. It is mutually agreed that the client will attempt to reactivate the account or set up a new advertising account to ensure the continuity of our work. Just Marketers will fully cooperate and provide the necessary assistance to the best of our ability.
